Since the hilarious mackinaw over-buff, can flipping miners isn't really a thing any more. This will affect the really high population trade/mission centers though. Basically kills arranged 1v1s and mission trolling.

I don't think they should be removed, but I think the range should be reduced, there should be a mass limit, etc. Space is currently too small imo. To compensate, titans will need to be made more useful elsewhere.
